How can I order the gifts

  1. By sending an email of the selected gift along with required quantity and expected delivery date.
  2. Once Metaplast confirms the availability of stock and completion of order form, bank transfer of fund can be made . Bank details given in the contact us page
  3. Free printing/engraving/embroidery are offered on order quantities that adhere to our Minimum Order Quantity ( these depend/vary product to product) . For quantities less than MOQ charges apply for customization.
  4. Materials are despatched by local transport if in Chennai, road/rail/air couier if out side Chennai. Currently shipping is within India only. Freight/Packing/Octroi shall be borne by the buyer.
  5. Metaplast takes all care in ensuring good quality products and care is taken to ensure the right packing is done for transit. However, we do not take responsibility for pilferage/transit damages.
  6. In the unlikely case of defective material, please write within 3 days of receipt of material to gifts@metaplast.in with the details
  7. Local Sales Tax/Central Sales Tax are applicable at the time of billing.
  8. We give our 100% to ensure timely delivery, after all that is the essence of Gifting, in case there are events beyond our control, we shall intimate you with sufficient time and offer you alternative products.
  9. Disputes if any are subject to the jurisdiction of the Chennai courts.
